What We Do

We are a nurse-led clinic, powered by Directions Health, that operates in partnership with schools and other community organisations. We provide free professional services for all teens and students on medical or non-medical issues. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions of any topic and receive professional advice with great convenience and no cost.

Directions Teen Clinic operates as a ‘walk-in’ clinic, meaning there is no need for you to make an appointment, you can simply visit at any point during our opening hours.

Our clinic is a holistic health and wellbeing service catering for young people in the Canberra and Queanbeyan regions. Services include:

·        medical advice and treatment

·        sexual and reproductive health information testing and treatment

·        drug and alcohol information and treatment

·        case management, advocacy and practical support

·        peer support

·        mental health support

·        connection with other relevant services

T25 Clinic is provided in collaboration with Directions Health Services, Woden Community Services, Meridian and the Snow Foundation, and funded by Canberra Health Services.

We are a multidisciplinary team including nurses, GPs, mental health practitioners, drug and alcohol counsellors and peer workers, and our therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed and strengths-based.
